Going to Office Hours

Office hours are consistent, often weekly, times course instructors have for students to stop by. You may use office hours to gain clarification about course material, learn appropriate study techniques, get to know your instructor’s area of expertise, and more.

Office hours are a great space to get to know your instructors, as they are a great resource for providing letters of recommendation, opportunities for research involvement, and advice about your professional interests.
